1. Service overview

Goldshire provides in-game currency delivery and boosting services for World of Warcraft. All trademarks belong to their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment.

2. Orders & delivery

By placing an order you confirm the character name, server, faction and delivery method are correct. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on server queues and stock. Contact support for status updates.

3. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed through third-party gateways (Stripe, Cryptomus). Refunds are available for undelivered orders, but they are never automatic: you must open a refund request with support, and it is paid out only after our team reviews and approves it. Orders cannot be cancelled unilaterally by the customer — a cancellation is valid only once we confirm it. Crypto payments are irreversible on the blockchain, so approved crypto refunds are sent manually by us. Opening a bank or provider dispute before completing this process is a breach of these terms. Once gold or a boost is delivered the order is considered complete.

4. Account safety

You are responsible for the information you provide. We use hand-delivery methods (mail, trade, AH, items) to minimize risk but cannot guarantee against publisher action.
