The exact terms
Cancel any time before the gold is handed over and you get 100% back to the original payment method. Card refunds land in 1-5 business days, crypto refunds are sent within 24 hours to the wallet you specify.
If we cannot deliver within 24 hours of payment for reasons on our side, you choose: a full refund or the order plus 10% extra gold as compensation.
If Blizzard removes or reverses a delivered trade within 30 days of purchase, we re-deliver the same amount once, free of charge, after you send us a screenshot of the in-game mail or ticket response.
Past the ETA shown at checkout and it's our fault? You keep the gold and receive 5% of the order value as store credit (10% if the delay exceeds 6 hours).

Wrong realm, faction or character name supplied by you (we will re-deliver once the correct details are confirmed, delivery fees may apply), gold you traded onward to a third party, and accounts actioned for reasons unrelated to our trade.
Our safety rules
- We never ask for your account password, authenticator or Battle.net login.
- Delivery characters are aged, leveled and never used for suspicious activity.
- Large orders are split into several smaller transfers to keep everything natural.
- We spread transfers across time and locations instead of a single suspicious drop.
